Order Processing

We carefully prepare each romantic dress and statement piece within 1-2 business days after receiving your order.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (£12.95):
– Delivered via DHL or FedEx
– Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
– Delivered via EMS
– Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing for international orders (excluding some Asian and remote regions).

Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Important Exception:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear unless the item is faulty. This includes all items from our Swimwear collection.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request a Return

Contact our Salisbury-based fashion consultants within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with:

  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Step 2: Package Your Return

Once approved:

  • Repackage the item securely in its original packaging
  • Include all tags and any protective covers
  • Enclose a copy of your order confirmation or return form

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your occasion dresses or feminine tops for a different size or color (subject to availability):

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate your exchange preference and desired replacement item
  • We’ll ship your new item once we process your return

For expedited exchanges, you may place a new order and return the original item separately.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item (including our delicate organza designs or hand-finished tops), please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We cannot refund original customs duties or taxes
